Production comprises all types of qualitatively high-value,
liquid an semi-solid preparations. Not only simple solutions, gels, ointments and lotions are produced, but also emulsions and suspensions of demanding production techniques.
Production is carried out according to customer guidelines or optimised in-house regulations technically at the highest stage. |
Conservative production is effected in process tanks holding batches of 50 to 25.000 litres and typical batch volumes in the scale of 5.000 to 10.000 litres. Process and storage tanks hold a total volume of over 300.000 litres. For the production of technically demanding emulsions and suspensions the mixer/ emulsifier/ disperser technology of Becomix and Diessel plants are implemented. Apart from the use of standard emulsifier technology, production is also possible in hot/ cold or cold/ cold processes. Plant and production sectors are explosion and flame proof (Zone 2). Lichtenheldt is authorized to produce products containing narcotics. |
