can solve almost any problem with our eight packaging lines.
Over 180 different format sets are available. When modified
and adapted they are able to process cap combinations together
or separately, e.g. atomizer pump inserts, drop
inserts, pour inserts, roll inserts, spatula inserts, pipettes.
Accessories kits like measuring beakers spoons or brochures etc.
can be enclosed as well. The lines are fitted with modern in-line monitoring
systems.
Products reacting sensitively to oxygen can be filled under
nitrogen gassing. |

In the filling area
of liquids, the bottle volumes range
between 5 ml and 1000 ml. Canister
up to 30 l
can be filled at two canister filling installations.
It is also possible to shrink-wrap or bundle the package. The semi-solid pharmaceutical forms are filled in tubes (aluminium, plastic or plastic laminate tubes) Volumes of 10 g to 250 g can be filled. The fully automatic packaging in standard packing (folding box with package insert, bundling) follows downstream and is automatically monitored. |
